Network and Infrastructure Administrator
You will be the point person for network and server administration and support by diagnosing performance issues and implementing solutions. In conjunction with peers you will establish worldwide standards and best practices for networking and server configuration, desktop/laptop configuration, remote access and security. You will also manage a VoIP environment including related WAN.

Essential Skills and Requirements:
  • Complex knowledge of: configuration, administration and troubleshooting of IP networking, DHCP, DNS, Windows Domains, Windows server configuration and troubleshooting
  • In-depth knowledge of: software and technology rules and standards information technology, analysis techniques and methodology, IT products in use at SEC
  • Strong skills in: work planning, prioritization, oral presentation and written communication, project management, interpersonal relationships, physical data storage management
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment
Education/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
  • Minimum 4 – 5 years related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Networking, Microsoft Windows Server certifications preferred or proven commensurate experience
  • Security certifications preferred
Other:
  • Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported.

Data Analyst
As part of a global team you will be responsible for performing data analysis to provide actionable insights and solutions to support business needs. You will develop standards for information reporting, storage and retrieval working closing with department managers. You will evaluate data quality, identify and correct data inconsistencies by determining root causes. You will design, develop and maintain organizational reports and train business users in the use of reporting and analytical tools. You will also initiate and lead related projects as well as assist on other IT projects or responsibilities as required.

    • Data model of complex ERP systems (JDE EnterpriseOne preferred)

Sales Administrator

You will be responsible for tracking and management of current and potential customers contacted through our Customer Relationships Management system (CRM). You will be responsible for meeting and/or exceeding monthly metrics. You will be responsible for providing reports on leads and sales activities. Product Specialist, Professional Systems
You will be responsible for planning, developing and managing short and long term strategies for all aspects of marketing and distribution of Sennheiser products in the Professional Systems Channel in the United States and Latin America. You will also be responsible for becoming the product expert and answer technical questions as needed. You will plan promotions and programs for your specific products. You will travel with the sales team to meet with customers and understand the product applications used with our products. You will also work closely with sales staff to develop sales tools for the sales team to effectively sell these products. You will also provide product training as required.

Essential Skills and Requirements:
  • Solid product knowledge related to Professional Systems products including, but not limited to RF wireless & applicable technologies, analog & digital microphones and general knowledge of products found in theatre, broadcast, live sound and studio applications.
  • Ability to provide product and system configuration, technical assistance, training, and competitive knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Polished presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office, JD Edwards and Lotus Notes preferred.

Education/Requirements:
  • BS degree in Marketing preferred with a minimum of 2 years related industry experience. Will consider AS degree with more years related industry experience or related customer service experience/ marketing.
Other:
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as required; may involve overnight stays as business needs dictate
