Market Development - House of Worship
You will be responsible for market development activities, performing advanced product services, as well as designing, planning and implementing technical product training programs for employees, customers, and other key influencers in the Installed Sound House of Worship market. You will partner with the Installed Sound sales team to ensure the growth and development of future business in the Installed Sound market with a focus on driving future business for the House of Worship market. You will assist with complex end user and/or dealer visits. You will coordinate and develop individualized Area Sales Manager sales trainings. You will visit regularly and establish a relationship with influential Installed Sound consultants and House of Worship leaders and teach our Area Sales Managers how to do the same. You will create custom dealer events that will drive future business. You will become the technology expert for our Installed Sound and Distributed Brands portfolio and use this knowledge to influence and close current and future business for the Installed Sound channel.

Product Specialist - Professional Systems
Under limited supervision, you will be responsible for providing support for the planning, developing and managing of short and mid-term strategies for all aspects of marketing and distribution of Sennheiser products in the Professional Systems Channel. You will be responsible for becoming the product expert and primary point of contact for answering technical questions. You will recommend promotions and programs for your specific products. You will travel with Area Sales Managers to meet with customers regarding product applications, while identifying opportunities on how to best utilize our portfolio within their scope of business. You will work closely with sales staff to recommend marketing tools to assist them in effectively selling our products. In addition, you will also provide product training as required.

This is a highly collaborative and visible role executing supply chain solutions to support business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills and Requirements:
  • Develop and utilize ERP system to meet customer demand
  • Understand customer requirements and production capabilities to develop Kan Ban systems throughout the factory
  • Develop processes coordinating with Engineering, Production, and Materials to create a demand pull operation using LEAN principals
