Service Administrator
In this position you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer repairs
and address customer inquiries and concerns via the telephone, mail, or walk-in. You will act as a liaison between service technicians and customers. You will apply knowledge about company policies, procedures, and pricing to best meet customer needs.

Area Sales Manager - Professional Systems (CT, RI, MA, ME, NY, NJ, PA, NH, VT)
As an Area Sales Manager (Account Rep), you will be responsible for the sale of the Sennheiser Professional and Systems Integration products in a specified geographical area: CT, RI, MA, ME, NY, NJ, PA, NH, VT. The ideal candidate will be based out of the respective territory. You will provide ongoing support to our product distribution channel, dealers and OEM opportunities. You will also develop new direct and indirect channels.


Essential Skills and Requirements:
  • Experience related to Professional Systems products including, but not limited to RF wireless & applicable technologies, analog & digital microphones and general knowledge of products found in theatre, broadcast, live sound and studio applications
  • Solid understanding of the design/build, contractor and systems integration business
  • Strong sales experience
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills

Other:
  • This position requires extensive travel throughout the assigned territory, up to 80% of the working time will be spent out in the territory performing the duties and responsibilities. May require significant overnight travel.

Operations Specialist
The available shift is for 11:00 am - 7:30 pm.

In this position, you will support the company’s sales goals through good customer service and maintaining quality relations with existing accounts. Other responsibilities include: interfacing with Purchasing and Account Managers, informing sales representatives and customers of backorder information, calculating prices, discounts, and proposals, responding to customer inquires and concerns, and tracing and expediting late orders. You may assist in supporting the Latin American territory.

Sennheiser - Latin America
Sales Manager - Mexico
In this position, you will promote and sell products and services on a commission basis through good customer service and effective sales techniques. You will be responsible for selling products and services for the following territory – Mexico.

You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding territory goals. Products include high end Sennheiser wired and wireless microphone systems, ENG equipment, lavalier, and shotgun microphones, Neumann microphones, K+H products, as well as other Distributed Brands, consumer headphones, and wireless headphones.

Marketing Manager - Latin America
In this position, you will plan and direct marketing activities of the organization’s products and services in Latin America. This will include implementing a Marketing plan for Latin America based on Sennheiser’s global branding guidelines; managing Artist Relations and Sponsorship Programs; managing outside Press Agencies; as well as managing social media outlets. You will also be responsible for coordinating all external communication to the Latin American countries for all business channels and creating collateral material and point of purchase displays for company products and services.

Essential Skills and Requirements:
  • Strong oral and written communications skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus
  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point (J.D. Edwards and Lotus Notes preferred)
  • Good understanding of social media platforms
  • Knowledge of audio related products
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills
Education/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
  • Four to six years related marketing communications experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
