The Sennheiser RF workshop is designed to teach attendees how to plan for trouble-free operation of
multi-channel wireless microphones and in-ear monitoring systems in even the toughest environments.
Attendees who successfully complete this seminar will receive 3 RU credits towards the renewal of their CTS accreditation, (including CTS, CTS-D, and CTS-I certifications).

Using the information you guys provided I noticed that it was installed all wrong, and it was amazing we weren't getting more drop-outs then we were.
